At My Food Kart, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for all your orders. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we handle the shipping and delivery of your grocery and food items.

1. Shipping Areas

Currently, My Food Kart operates in Yadgir and surrounding areas. We are continuously working to expand our service areas. Please check if your location is within our delivery range before placing an order.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped within 24 hours

We offer the following shipping methods for your orders:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address and availability of products.
  • Express Delivery: Available for selected items. Express delivery orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–2 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors like weather conditions, delivery location, and product availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email with estimated delivery details.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Our team will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the expected timeframe.
  • Delivery Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, certain circumstances like high demand, weather conditions, or delivery partner issues may cause delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your order’s status in real-time. You can also check the status of your order in the My Food Kart App.

6. Delivery Process

  • Packaging: All orders are packed with care to ensure the safe delivery of your items. We use high-quality packaging materials to prevent damage to your products.
  • Delivery Partner: Orders are delivered by our trusted delivery partners. Our drivers will contact you before delivery to ensure a smooth handover.
  • Contactless Delivery: We offer contactless delivery options to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after two attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse, and you will be notified of the issue. In some cases, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

8. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address. We are unable to process multiple shipping addresses in a single order at this time.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping. We do not provide international shipping at the moment.

10. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the updated policy will take effect once published. Please review the policy periodically.
