Cancellation Policy for My Food Kart

At My Food Kart, we aim to provide a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations can be made.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

As a customer, you may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Order Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order is dispatched for delivery. Please note that once your order is confirmed and the processing begins, cancellation may not always be possible.

  • After Order Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. If the product is out for delivery or has been delivered, cancellation will not be accepted.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • You can cancel an order through the My Food Kart App by visiting your order history and selecting the "Cancel Order" option (if applicable).
  • Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@6kart.in or call us at 9480675007 to request cancellation. Ensure you provide your order number and details for faster processing.

2. Order Cancellation by My Food Kart

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:

  • Out of Stock or Unavailability: If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we may cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

  • Payment Issues: If there is an issue with the payment processing or verification, we may cancel the order.

  • Invalid or Inaccurate Information: If the provided delivery address or customer details are invalid or inaccurate, we may cancel the order.

  • Security Concerns: In case of fraudulent activity or suspicious orders, we may cancel the order to ensure the safety of our platform and users.

If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you via email or in-app notification, and you will receive a full refund within the applicable timeframe.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Order Canceled by You (Before Dispatch): If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Order Canceled by Us: If we cancel your order for any reason (out of stock, payment issues, etc.), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days, but this may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Perishable Items: Items such as fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy products, once delivered or dispatched, cannot be canceled.

  • Special Offers or Discounts: Orders placed using specific offers or promotions may be subject to cancellation restrictions as specified in the offer terms.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the updated policy will take effect once published. Please review the policy periodically.
